AmerenUE Rebate Program
The Ameren Missouri CheckMe Plus Program encourages residential electric customers to have existing cooling systems evaluated and tuned-up to manufacturers' specifications. Available maintenance services include recharging the cooling refrigerant, providing non-duct work airflow adjustments, coil cleaning and basic filter cleaning or replacement.
Instant rebates of $650 and $850 are available for customers who replace their qualifying inefficient equipment with new equipment rated at 14/15 Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER) or 16 SEER and above. Rebates are applied, per system, when you purchase a high-efficiency A/C or heat pump through an Ameren Missouri.
The program includes rebates and incentives to:
Replace your HVAC or heat pump early for a new high-efficiency system: $650 - $850
Tune up your AC: $25 - $55
Test and seal your HVAC ducts: $200 - $300
Replace your heat pump thermostat with a lockout thermostat: $25 - $75
Upgrade the indoor fan on your HVAC with a Concept 3 motor: $200
Federal Tax Credit
You may be eligible for a federal tax credit of up to $500 through December 31, 2011.
Laclede Gas Rebate Program
The Laclede Gas Residential High Efficiency Rebate Program provides rebates to residential owners and customers for the installation of high efficiency heating systems and thermostats.
